Cleansing is a big topic these days, and for good reason. We know that life is full of environmental and internal toxins; yet cleansing programs can be confusing and controversial.
Our best defense is to support our natural ability to keep our systems clear and functioning.
This evening is primarily informational, and will cover the following topics:
Dr. Jennea will discuss:
- The organs of detoxification and elimination and how to support them
- Foods that support cleansing
- Foods that hinder the body’s ability to cleanse.
- Dietary and environmental sources of toxicity
- Supplement support for cleansing
- Cleanse kits vs. whole food based cleanses
- Cleansing retreats
- How to tailor your cleanse to the seasons
Karla will discuss:
- The need to cleanse the mind and emotions
- Techniques on clearing the energy body
- A simple meditation to clear the mind
- Movement to clear the energy body
